Went there because of the rating. Inside interior was nothing special, but I like the sitting booths close to the main entrance. The menu was interesting and very American. I was impressed with how much gluten free and lactose free options on the menu, even its thickshakes! Never i have seen anywhere else offering lactose free thickshakes. I had pancakes while my husband had waffles and fried chicken. Their fried chicken was so beautiful. Although i don’t like it mixed with maple syrup. Wow! What an incredible restaurant located right in the heart of Mooroolbark. The warm welcome you receive upon entering is truly fantastic, usually from the owner, but the staff are equally delightful. The food is consistently well-prepared and bursting with flavor. I had the ribs, and the bone slipped out of the meat effortlessly—they were so tender! My vegetarian husband also enjoys multiple options, which he appreciates, and the side dishes are always a treat. Don’t miss the cornbread!
We visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary just before the stage 4 lockdown. We really enjoyed the cheese sticks and fried chicken. However, the slaw was quite acidic and tasted more like pickles. We also ordered the pork ribs, the fattier cut, which were incredibly soft and tender. I would have preferred a bit more char on the outside, though. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning to try the key lime dessert and burgers next time.
Went with a group of 7 and everyone was satisfied. The 'nude ' burgers are a brilliant idea with 3 of us opting for the salad over the traditional burger buns. My burger (southern fried chicken) was solid but not the best I 've had. The chicken itself was a standout very moist. The place was very busy on Saturday night, but had a pub like atmosphere. Fire was on, very cosy. Waiting staff were attentive and our food arrived quickly.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! It has a very spacious atmosphere, friendly staff, and a tasty American BBQ menu that is mostly gluten-free (all the meats are, except for the fried items, and they offer gluten-free burger buns too). The value for the quality you receive is remarkable. I highly recommend it to all BBQ enthusiasts!
Great value for money here and friendly service. It was very busy when we went but not so noisy that you couldn't hear your conversation. It has a bit of a warehouse decor/atmosphere and a black and white Three Stooges video running up on the wall. We did enjoy our food and were eyeing up what other people had which also looked good.
Been here twice and both times I sat outside. I recommend going with friends so you can sit and chat and kinda joke around if that’s what you and your friends do. I’m always up for a bit of banter at the right time.
Had a great meal at Good Company. Lots of good choices and very tasty food. Love the huge range of drinks. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend and will be back.

A fantastic place staff are excellent and the food is always top notch. Don’t forget to bring your appetite as the meals are huge and very very tasty
Staff are really friendly, the southern fried chicken burgers and regular chips are delicious! They also have blankets you can use for cold days!
