that's a ghost kitchen. they order at ipads and then it is “supplied” for them. I put this in zitate because they can eat there, but they still pack it to them as if it is for delivery. it is such a waste of plastic and bags. I know I'm not the only one who eats because there are many pockets in the müll. the cutlery was also not recyclable and it was in so much packaging it was sad. openly disappointed by the fact that goop kitchen wastes so much plastic, only for the majority of people there to eat. also it was a really expensive salad, but hard to fit in a ghost kitchen. So if you're having trouble finding it, you're not. Overall, I had even better at panera. at least they don't waste so much plastic.

Trabajadores muy lentos y distraídos estuve esperando por una simple ensalada 40 minutos, pregunté si ya estaba mi orden y la señora me contestó que si no he recibido notificación es que siguen trabajando en eso así me tuvieron hasta casi una hora y resulta que se olvidaron de hacer mi orden mientras tanto yo atrasando otras entregas finalmente cancele esa orden y justo cuando ya me voy me dicen está lista . , carajos la he cancelado ?? ?.

incredible teamwork and service! upper management is incredibly responsive and quick to act. my salat came with the wrong dressing and within 15 minutes after sending my complaint, I had my correct order on the door. the food is so fresh, though delivered. really nice to see a service beyond and beyond when it feels on the back anywhere else. many thanks goop kitchen santa monica!

that was great. it was great. the supply system of the kitchen in which they are is bad, hopefully they will find out. be ready to heat cold food home. I don't want to stop going back, excellent taste.

I ordered the miso salmon salad, and it was really good! I am not much of a salad eater, but the ingredients are very well mixed together. next time I want to try the Japanese sweet potato suppe!
