The vegan food here is amazing! I was traveling from out of town and stopped in on my way home. I ordered the lentil burger, donuts, and a pickle pizza per the owners request. Another cool thing they do is bring you fresh popcorn while you wait for your food which was unique. Ross was such a sweetheart, and checked on me throughout the meal, and kept bringing me goodies while I was eating. It was really late when I left, and he even walked me all the way to my car. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I will be back every time I?m in the St. Louis area!!
My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to eat late night and we came across Gooseberries. It's such a cute place with a special vibe you wouldn't expect if you were just driving by and saw the sign. The staff was really sweet and welcoming and accommodating. The food was delightful and really well priced for what you get. We'll definitely be returning to try more of the menuVegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian/vegan options
My husband and I are in town for the weekend. After a long drive and seeing a lot of places were closed, we found Gooseberrjes. It was so cute inside, we were greeted with great hospitality and had AMAZING food. So many vegan options and.. that tofu!!! Soo well done! We definitely want to come back while we are here!
Love this place so much! The food is fantastic many different choices and I have tried just about all of it. Even love the tofu! Their baked goods are to die for....love Love LOVE the atmosphere....and the owners and staff are definitely 5 star! In fact I give them a 10 out of 5! <3 <3

I checked this place with my mother during a time when they should be open. the door was locked, but the front door clearly said they should be open. I'm not going to go anymore because it was a huge waste of time.

I’m surprised more people don’t know about Gooseberries! Their late night breakfast food just hits the spot every time. I’d highly recommend the french toast or banana walnut pancakes. Love this place!
