I don’t normally go to restaurants that are popular because they are owned by someone famous (we have so many restaurants/bar owned by famous people back home in Tennessee) but we were hungry and walked by and it didn’t have a wait so why not… let me tell you tho, my reviews are always honest but most of the time always bad… this will not be one of those!!! We started off sharing the hell fire wings and truffle parmesan fires and that truffle aioli is to die for!!! Then for the meals we got the hell kitchen burger and hell fire chicken burger, both are excellent!!! First time here, decent Burger patty had no flavor, No seasoning? I waited 40 minutes My burger was under the temperature kind of cold …I paid $28 For a burger ?I asked The cashier I wanted my burger well done and it was undercooked, The service was bad I felt undervalued as a customer Not sure why, The atmosphere was Overrated The cashiers They’re just ready to take your money But they lack the consideration to ask you if the burger is OK or not I was ignored Bad service honestly And it was my first time here bad experience
Absolute trash of a place. Hair on our burger, which didn’t matter it was dead dry even though we ordered med rare. Service was atrocious. Manager never came to the table, tried calling multiple times but no answer. If you're looking to try something Gordon Ramsay but can only afford a burger, don’t bother. Terrible place in a garbage hotel.
The burger we had was an overpriced, ordinary, and dry pub-style burger. When we received our food, it was completely cold. The restaurant even charged a fee just for picking up the order. The food was over-rated and ultimately felt like a waste of money—essentially equivalent to any standard diner burger.

We were squeezed into a corner next to a column and felt barely acknowledged, only getting attention when we had to call someone over. The atmosphere was chaotic and lacked any charm. The burger was just a burger—nothing remarkable or extraordinary about it. Overall, it just wasn't worth it.
Perhaps the best burger I have ever eaten. The 24hr burger is one of legend and dreams. Coupled with the garlic fries and great service this is a delightful place to eat.
Hummus plate, wings, chicken caesar salad, and parm garlic fries were delicious! Great service and very friendly staff.
Food did take slight longer than expected but we were in no rush. Burger, fries and sauces were fantastic.
