Best Kept Secret In LA.... ...Okay. Look. This is the best sushi you're going to eat, anywhere. <br/ <br/ But, you've gotta work for it (it's 20 miles outside of LA, up the 101) and you're gonna have to pay a premium for it (before you know it you're over $100/person...without saki).<br/ <br/ Go's been around for a long, long time. You thought Nozawa was cutting fish in a rundown strip mall first? You thought Hamasaku was serving Michelin 3 star food in a rundown strip mall first? If you are willing to splurge on high prices for individual pieces of sushi, but expect top-notch quality and innovative interpretations, then this is the perfect restaurant for you! Every element is carefully considered and homemade, with all sauces made in-house and the freshest, seasonal fish. The flavors are exquisite and definitely worth the price range of $6-14 per piece. While some options, like the recommended tamago, are more affordable, be prepared for a potentially high final bill. Bon appétit!

Simply the best. THE BEST. PERIOD.<br/ For me a temple. Go-san is a bearer of the flame.<br/ <br/ One cannot find better anywhere. (in the world)<br/ <br/ By far the best in L.A.<br/ BELIEVE ME, I KNOW.<br/ <br/ Pay no attention to those who complain about high price. This is truly great food. It is worth what the best commands. If price is your only concern go to an all you can eat place and leave those who appreciate brilliance in peace.

Amazing! I wish I could have kept eating. The sushi was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. I truly enjoyed the dining experience. Just a heads up, be mindful of your budget if you opt for the Omakase menu. It may be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it!
