Visiting on business trip and decided to try this restaurant out. The food was good but there was a lack of engagement from staff, we are used to excellent customer service from other local restaurants. We were offered water and accepted but believed this was complimentary due to how it was offered, we were astonished to find out we had been charged around £5. It should have been made clear that there was a charge for this. The food,albeit good, took a while to arrive with little interaction from the staff who appeared to be chatting amongst themselves. Booked a family party at Gosht and sadly none of the party were impressed. 1. Felt pressurised to leave the restaurant by a certain time to make room for another party. Was reminded of this several times which was rude and not very welcoming. 2. Lamb shanks were tough, fatty, flavourless and chewy 3. Asked for a lime cordial which is on the drinks menu and was served a small milk jug with neat lime cordial, had to ask for some water to go with it! 4. Limited interaction from the staff. No check on whether we needed drinks or whether anyone has allergies. Staff spent a lot of time hanging around the bar rather than checking in on their guests. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find a live singer performing, who was exceptionally talented. The restaurant was about two-thirds full and had a fantastic atmosphere. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive – a simple gesture would prompt them to come over and take our order. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options on the menu. I found the bill to be very reasonable, considering the restaurant's location, quality of food, and excellent level of service.

First time here! Not overly busy food wasn't bad but like all Turkish restaurants far too much flatbread and salad! Only one dish we didn't like which wasn't bad considering we didn't have much idea of what we were ordering! Bit expensive but that'll be the wine! Would return service ok Reserva una mesa ahora

My family and I visited this restaurant a few days ago and had an incredible experience! The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the lamb shish – one of the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning for the great atmosphere.

I had lunch from the lunch menu and it was a great value. The portions were good sized and the food was excellently prepared. I much prefer going for lunch than the evening menu. This restaurant is a great little hidden gem with a reasonably priced lunch menu.

Always guaranteed of a top service, quality food, excellent quantity of food and value for money. This is our always go to place for 100% satisfaction. Lovely surroundings, clean, polite staff.

My family loves this place very much, 5+ for the best cocktails and grilled meat, the prices are normal, we also order takeaway food, they bring everything fresh and hot Reserva una mesa ahora

We had the set-price lunch, which in addition to being very reasonably priced, was delicious and well-presented, with very generous portions. We will be back!

The food and service were good and prices were reasonable. However, the music was far too loud and màde conversation difficult at times.
