Brunch at Gotan Hoboken was absolutely delightful. Every dish on the menu was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The Gotham breakfast was hearty and satisfying, while the shakshouka came warm with the runniest egg. On a whim, I tried the chicken shawarma, and it turned out to be the best choice — the sauce paired perfectly with the cabbage slaw!
