Truly one of the best sushi trains in Sydney with an amazing lunch special price for most plates. Worthy of a short wait at lunchtime if busy. The restaurant clears as quickly as it packs up during lunch trade. Rainbow Roll and the charred nigiri are highlights of the conveyer belt and the soups satisfy if you are in need of additional sustenance. Let me start by saying the sushi selection on offer was wide variety and looked very fresh. I tried the salmon aburi which is my fave sushi but I felt it lacked that char flavour aburi is known for, and the portion size was much smaller than other places I frequent. I got the spicy chicken karage which was not spicy at all, and was a little dry. Not the amazing dish that instagram suggests it to be, or perhaps I just stopped in on an off day. They have a loyalty card so that is pretty cool. For salmon aburi I much prefer Siore up on Foveaux St or shock horror, Sushi hub at Bankstown Centro is pretty good.
