Gourmet Burger Kitchen Chiswick

I’ve been there his everything with my husband we had two burgers and two sides. About the price I can say only one thing “is not worth it at all”. There is not table service which is a big shame we had to look for extra sauces for 5 minutes and no one was around to ask! Poor burgers... without taste, not hot enough( probably cos they using microwave to heat it up)lettuce not fresh, tomatoes no fresh.such a poor salad as well,that’s half price of the burger apparently, max u can spend for that is 2 /1.5 For 13 a burger it should come at least with one side but we had to pay extra. Completely disappointed, worst experience ever!!

We go here for burgers 1) they are good and 2) the manager Sue is just lovely. Don’t wish to elaborate but if you have ever entered a restaurant either with a disability or with someone with a disability hopefully your experience will be as good as this. Sadly, they are not all. Sue seems to have been there years and is a friendly Australian who leads her team by example and the food is always up to scratch in a competitive burger market and the service is laid back but observant, friendly and professional. Always. This review is long overdue too! Thank you Sue and team.

Avoid this place. It’s possibly the most unrelaxing place on earth. We are sat in a corridor and we have hundreds iod dripping wet opppresice looking men in motorcycle gear coming in for deliveroo, dripping us. Food was cold. Feels like we are having dinner in the middle of a depot doe deliveroo. Awfull. Really terrible. If there was a zero they’d get it

Cold unsalted fries. Cold burgers. Our order was sitting waiting for going cold ages before they realised it was ours. Rare burgers when we asked for medium (I’m pregnant and couldn’t eat it that pink). Wrong sauce came. Just really **** and really expensive. Nothing had any flavour. This was our first post-lockdown treat and it was miserable.

Can be good but not consistent and the takeaway order is often incorrect. Eating in better so you're on the spot to make sure it's what you want. Quality is acceptable but with so much competition GBK needs to watch its standards.
