My husband and I are foodies who one time (okay, so really more than one time) drove 16 hours just for ice cream. When friends suggested dinner at Gourmet and Company, my memories from eating there years ago were good ones, so we agreed. While this place doesn't look like much from the outside it is in a strip mall it has a serene and elegant interior. It was a beautiful evening, so we opted to eat outside on the patio. This restaurant definitely differs from all other restaurants in the area. They created very intimate atmosphere, tables are correspondingly spaced apart, so you can not hear people talking to you. Restaurant Decor is beautiful, you can say that the owner wanted to create an amazing experience for the customers. Even plates they serve their food in are handmade, which is a unique touch! Fantastic place to eat! The staff is professional, medical and polite, while their demeanor suggests that their management expects a high standard of customer service and team work - they all moved as well-trained staff. The food is carefully prepared while the menu offers familiar favorites along with fresh local dishes. Full service bar with premium spirits and wines, and the dessert menu is nothing less than exemplary fresh house made decadent offers. Not my first time here anyway - the employees make an ordinary Friday unplanned lunch like a special occasion. Very recommended! Consider a reservation, but not required.

We treated our parents for anniversary dinner tonight. That was so wonderful! I called after reservations, preordered everything for them with wonderful help in selecting the perfect combination for them. They even accepted the delivery of flowers and had them on the table for their arrival. My parents were treated so well by everyone and they took care of the food and service. The brined fried chicken sandwich is amazing , as the charcuterie. They use the same style fried chicken on the salad. I give it best fried chicken in TN. Top 3 fried chicken in the US. Lunch is upscale and tasty! Prices are good to up but worthy.
