We bumped into this kiosk (well, you can't really miss it) while at Claremont Quarter recently and were immediately taken with the amazing looking quiches and other ready meals. These aren't your standard fare, however - the quiches are up around the $30 mark, for example, although they look like they're worth the money. There's also things like curries for when you're caught short hosting a dinner party...
...and then there's the cakes. Wow, what a selection! We bought a few things to try and they were all perfectly nice, although not as exceptional as I was hoping for. There's definitely a bit of 'style over substance' going on here.
Definitely worth a look, just expect to pay Claremont...
Dessert heaven! Stopped in today for a sweet treat and the selection was so extensive I couldn't choose! The cakes look brilliant too and I know where I'll be heading next time there is a celebration. I finally decided on the Vanilla Cannoli. The pastry was crisp and crunchy and the vanilla custard was smooth and super sweet. Loved it. E tried the mini Lemon Meringue Pie - she loved it, and actually said she wished she'd grabbed a second one! Will be back for sure.
i like the cakes, but my favourite thing was the curry pies. super expensive - but tasty. however they no longer do curry pies. i asked the guy and he said "they are not cost effective", at $28, i fail to see how they can't be cost effective! you have pies that contain camembert, but somehow a curry pie was not cost effective?
Beautiful, simple cheesecakes. The caramel cheesecake is a little on the sweeter side, but not heavy and the crumble was dense enough to hold together but crumbled in the mouth. The berry cheesecake not as sweet, but the crumble and body of the cake was the same as that of the caramel - just topped with the berries.

The microwave meals are quite nice - clean pasta flavours (freshish, not powdery flavoured), the large tarts are delicious.. best when 50% off though. The cakes are very pretty, made well and not too expensive either compared to other cake franchises.
I love this little outlet. Great great cakes! The rainbow one is my all time fave! Gimmicks are my thang. Awesome ready made meals too! Really good food!

I tried the caramel pretzel cheesecake, which was rich and creamy. Crumbly standard cheesecake base, but I liked how it went all the way up the side. Next time I'll have a smaller piece, it was too rich for my taste.
La mejor pera se desmorona !!!!! Y Cannoli tan delicioso, realmente no me gusta el pastel de queso, realmente no sabe a un pastel de queso. Pasará el pastel de queso para la próxima vez.

The best pear crumble!!!!! And canolli so yummy, I don't really like the cheesecake, it doesn't really taste like a cheesecake.. Will pass the cheesecake for next time
Beautiful desserts. I particularly like the lemon meringue pie for its crust ( not to thick). Super friendly, helpful staff. Easy to pick up a dessert on the go.
