We were just the two of us, children were not in Davos. We decided to have cosy evening and booked at the restaurant. They told us before, that we can't eat a la carte, what was fine.It was a six course set menu. The chef did his best to prepare a good mealI can't say it was not good, it was good, but very very overprized. The ingrediënts that they use were not that special to eat for Christmas Eve, but the the price is exceptional high.If you take te wine pairing, we didn't do that, because it was too many glasses for us. Also this was very expensive. I didn't have no clue what they were serving (expensive wines or not)If they don't do market confirmed prices, and still thinking that people...
Awesome place, very polite and friendly staff. Wonderful location right next to the Parsennbahn not yet opened. Restaurant is part of the Seehotel and a must if you are at this hotel or in Davos.The evening we eaten there, 3 tables were occupied including our table 7 guest and 3 servant including the head of service, a very polite and friendly person.One of the best one star Guide Michelin Restaurants I have seen in the past. Amazing what the Kitchen crew produced at this day, I will always remember.Only point which I have to mention that I missed the visit of the Chef after this superb meal. But I will return whenever possible to this cosy & warm place whit this awesome food.
Eine Bewertung über dieses Erlebnis in Worte zu fassen ist fast nicht möglich. Der Genuss des Abends beginnt schon bei der Ankunft, eine Traumhafte Location.Nachdem der Chef de Service und Sommelier Herr Hess einen Willkommen heisst beginnt auch schon das unvergessliche Erlebnis. Neben fabelhaften Amuse-Gueule bekommt man statt der 15 Gault-Millau Punkte definitiv 18 Punkte serviert. Wer ein Esserlebnis, einen top Service und das ganze mit der passenden Weinbegleitung abrunden möchte ist hier genau am besten Ort der gesamten Schweiz.
The restaurant is rather small but cozy and the staff extremely friendly. There were about 20 guests and the restaurant was full. We had 4 dishes from the "international" degustation menu and skipped the desert.Each dish was plated artistically. The dishes came slowly but the wait was worthwhile. In each dish there was a subtle blend of European and Asian (mainly Thai?) flavors. The red mullet and the pork belly were in particular outstanding.

Ich war im Dezember mit meinem Freund im Gourmet Stübli. Wir haben das asiatische Menu genommen. Einfach nur ein Traum. Jeder einzelne Gang perfekt. Und so viele tolle Grüße aus der Küche. Haben das volle Menu bestellt, mussten das Dessert aber absagen. Obwohl wir beide gute Esser sind hatte es (leider) einfach keinen Platz mehr dafür. Werden auf jeden Fall die Saison noch (mindestens) einmal hingehen. Danke an das Team!
Ein Abend in diesem Lokal rechnet sich zwar nicht (extrem teuer), lohnt sich aber aufgrund der Qualität und Kreativität der Speisen trotzdem immer. Leider ist das Menue mit dem Einfluss der asiatischen Küche nicht nur für Gourmets, sondern auch für Gourmands ausgelegt… Schon nach 5 Gängen hat es bei einem Normalesser nur noch ganz wenig Platz im Magen. Tolle Weinempfehlungen, aber auch wieder nur zu Spitzenpreisen.
In einem so edlen Restaurant einen extravaganten Burger anzubieten ist eine Herausforderung die absolut gelungen ist. Nach der Garstufe des Fleisches wurden wir gefragt und ob wir auch alle Zutaten wünschen, top! Super Ambiente und geschultes Personal.
Ein phantastisches Erlebnis! Es ist unglaublich, was Martin Bieri auf den Teller zaubert. Die exquisiten Gaumenfreuden sind noch nicht einmal mit Superlativen zu beschreiben. Was durch Küche und Keller kredenzt wurde, war jeden Franken wert.

Zeer geslaagd ambiance voor hoog in de bergen in Swiss.Bediening is aardig en goed.Eten (kerst menu) valt tegen (geen andere keus). Zeer prijzig, voor gerechten bestaand uit oa aardappel, kool, ui etc. Ook de wijn arragement is zeer prijzig!
