We stopped for coffee the morning of the Fete Medievale and sat outside the shop, enjoying the sunshine. Located just inside the Porte de Saillé, this is a bit out of the way but boasts a wide selection of teas and other drinks. Serivce was...quick and courteous. The courtyard is built around a lime tree that should give welcome shade in summer. Our coffees were good, served with a small sugar-coated gaufrette, but a bit expensive. However, rents are high inside the old city, and the ambiance is worth a few extra Euros.
I returned to Goût'Thé after his owner changed and was dazzled by the quality of the pastry offered, any house. I chose the carrot cake and its whipped cream cheese that was a pure pleasure. The lemon pie was also in flight. As for drinks, you can find classic teas and coffees but also hot chocolate Allechants, dalgona in summer as well as lemonades and ginger home. the visit of guérande in oktober was a nice experience. meet the cook of Goût the made it really special. on our first day we had a beautiful cup Japanese tee and a beautiful chocolate cake. two days later we had lunch and it was delicious....The quality of the products is excellent and the cook knows how to make a quiche or an salad taste unique. they really feel like home in this cozy place. we will come back as soon as possible.
What a pleasure for taste buds. We had lunch on the terrace under this beautiful tree. A simple card, perfect for vegetarians, and what taste as much in dishes as desserts, a justness in the mix of spices, the balance of flavors... I put them. The welcome is top with a smile and a Canadian accent.

A very nice place to have a coffee or a tea. The products are of quality, whether for lunch or taste. I recommend without hesitation this address, for the reception, the dishes, the rates, the place, and the green lemon pie (which clearly surpasses all those eaten before)!
Charming tea room, discreet at the end of Saillé Street. Jasmin tea and traditional hot chocolate are excellent. The pastries are homemade. We tasted (Goût'thé le carotte cake, a delight. The atmosphere is warm. The owners are smiling. Really I highly recommend.
Small dining room with a great ratio quality price. We ate a simple but very refined meal. The Tataki was perfect to my taste. Being intolerant to lactose, a pity that there are no more vegan products especially for their desserts.
Very nice place, a little far from the busy streets of Guérande. We ate on the small square in the shade, the lunch was very nice, the dishes too, we enjoyed! Thank you very much.
