My husband and I love this place. We used to live around the block and even though we moved, we will still make the drive back to GP's for the amazing food. I always get the chicken parm, while the hubs likes to switch it up. We always enjoy our meal, the sauce is so good! The salad is also amazing, I don't know what they put on it, maybe the cheese? or the oil vinegar? I don't know, but the salad is amazing. It's a classic NJ Italian spot, small, cozy, amazing food, and the same friendly waiter is always there all these years : . It's definitely a special spot. We aren't big drinkers so I can't say myself but the bar also often looks pretty hopping!

I worked here briefly last year and I still fantasize about the food. I recommend Chicken Parm with Vodka Sauce, Chicken Scarparella, Greek Salad, Meatballs and Mozzarella appetizers and Tiramisu for dessert. So glad they are on GrubHub! Visit in person and know Joe will take good care of you!
