I really wanted to love this place absolutely. it has meat in the name! Besides, I saw her a couple of gramms, so I knew I wanted to visit one of them. my wife and I had luck and it wasn't super busy when we were there. Unfortunately, the cashier/association that was in the register/competent did not seem to be interested in participating in us, something to recommend to us to ask us if we had been there before or similar. we didn't necessarily feel rushed when others came in behind us, but the whole process felt uncomfortable for the first timer. we finally chose a few dings (former sandwich with roasted chicken, egg rick muffin and a fruit mais waffel). the fried chicken on the breakfast s...
We absolutely loved this restaurant! Our first visit was last Saturday and we enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner on Sunday with our entire family. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu items. All of our food arrived hot, delicious, and in a timely manner. The owner, Rick, even came to our table and was incredibly friendly and provided great entertainment. The only dishes we weren't pleased with were the Hoppin boy and rubber bomb. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning.
BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN MISSOURI. No questions asked. The chicken is moist and tender on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, and delicious all over. Out party of five finished everything we ordered and were full, but still wanted more. The cornbread, fried pickles, and cod were about as good as the chicken. For dessert, you MUST try the Strawberry Banana Bread Pudding. The warm bread immediately disintegrates as soon as it is placed on your tongue. This restaurant is incredible.

The food was delicious! I will definitely come back. My only criticism is that the "Spik" sauce was not a kick, it was more like a mouth on fire! I wish the woman at the register had warned me. I enjoy spicy food, but I did not enjoy the intense heat from the Thai seasoning. Everything else was cooked perfectly. We tried the wings, fried green tomatoes, turkey legs, and ribs, and everything was fantastic!
I don’t know. This was my second time trying them. And the visit were spaced far apart.I have extreme mixed feeling about this place. I’m patience but the time it took for me to receive my food you would have thought the food would have been hot. It’s like it sat for 10 minutes then it was brought to me. The tender were the texture of re-microwaved food. Honestly I don’t know if I would try it again.
grace is excellent! their crooked greens, fried chicken, maisbrot and the Wels/Fritten chicken sandwiches are on my list high. there was something for my whole family, and everyone went full. we already planned a return journey while we were gone. there are more menu items that we want to try and every teller that came out looked delicious! definitely recommend!
This restaurant is simply excellent. The comfort food is modern yet still comforting. The music is great, and the service is incredibly friendly in a spacious setting. Fried green tomatoes were hot and crispy. Fries were ice cold. Got a replacement batch and they were exactly the same. Fried bologna was bad. Fried chicken was dry and cold. Mac and cheese was good. Wouldn?t come back or recommend to anyone. The staff was great so they get another star for that.
