Grado Pizzeria - Reserva de mesa

On July 21, 2021, I ordered a porcini and pide pizza with mozzarella and feta. As always, the order came quickly. I'm a regular customer there and have always been satisfied so far, the quality and freshness used to be A1, but now I won't order anything from them anymore. The courier, an older gentleman, was friendly and the order came very quickly. When we wanted to eat or when we opened the pizza box, we immediately saw a black hair. See photo. I called straight away and explained this. The man on the phone didn't say sorry or offer me a new pizza. Ordered there for the first time and definitely for the last time, I was there 5 minutes before the pizza was to be picked up... the pizza maker disappeared for 2 minutes, then came with the pizza box... the box was hot but when I closed it When I got home (400m walk) the pizza was cold, I then warmed it up again in the oven and the horror came with the last 2 pieces. Among the additional ingredients chosen was an ingredient that I would have liked to have done without, several black hairs like the pizza chef had on the head...unfortunately I had almost eaten the pizza before I noticed it...I had big problems with my stomach the whole night and the following day...advice to everyone, please...

Very good. I ordered from them and am very satisfied. Fries were crispy and well seasoned, cocktail sauce was also very good (not a cheap sauce) and the pizza was also very good. Coke was forgotten to be delivered, so they delivered it immediately after the call. Lovely again.

Die Pizza wird mit frischen Produkten gemacht, und dazu noch heiss nach Hause geliefert. Die Preisleistung ist mega. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Beste Pizza in Züri Oberland.

Beste Pizza in Town frisch, lecker, leicht, knusprig faire Preise. Die Pizza war bis jetzt immer warm, der Kurier war auch freundlich. Lieferzeit ist auch Kann ich nur empfehlen.
