Granatt

My granddaughter and I walked from Parc Guell to Gracia, we were going to eat at the mercat . Unfortunately we arrived too late and everybody was closing up shop. My granddaughter had heard of a restaurant nearby, and so we headed to it, only to find it was closed on Monday. By this time we were starved and exhausted. We agreed to stop at the next place we found that was at all presentable, which was Granatt. We spent the next two hours eating good food, and sharing in a family celebration of a family at a nearby table they spoke no English we spoke no Catalan but it didn 't matter. We had delicious food a shared salad and black rice for me and a stew with sausage, beans and potatoes for my granddaughter. I can honestly say that this was the best meal I had in Barcelona, without question. We had to wait a little for our food, but that was because they were preparing it, and because the restaurant is small, we could watch the preparation. I am so glad the other restaurant was closed, because we would have missed this wonderful food, and wonderful experience.

This is a lovely Little restaurant hidden in a quiet Street in Gracia. The owner is an expert in wine and food pairing. I had dinner with a group of friendsand we liked the place. The Croquetón is wonderfully scrumptious, the Vietnamese roll tastes very fresh. We also enjoyed the carrot soup the and “Arroz a la brasa. I have lived in Barcelona for decades and I often eat out. Gracia is not a neighbourhood where I like to dine out, but now that Grannat is there, it’s different. I certainly want to try their brunch.

We stumbled upon this place after a long morning at Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. We were ready to eat! We ordered from the menu del dia. The server was really patient and helpful. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and cute. It wasn’t one of those touristy snack bar type of places. Very authentic and fresh!

The unexpected in some way. Warm, nice, small restaurant with and exquisite cooking experience. €. Normal . You have also a Menu everyday at lunch. The food incroyable. Get a ticket and wait in line.

Hidden gem in Gracia. Excellent lunch menú del día at a great value. The service was attentive, the food was fantastic and the ambiance is clean and modern.
