At place de la République in Ille sur Tet you will find this café primarily visited by the locals. Here is open Tuesday to Saturday morning and late afternoon. Sunday only open morning. In addition to the indoor part of the cafe, there is a small fenced area with a few tables. The atmosphere of the place is radically changed Wednesdays and Friday where you can simultaneously enjoy the view of the market. The service friendly and welcoming.
There's a bistro like we'd like to see more often. The words that come to mind to characterize it are: sobriety, quality in simplicity, friendliness, customer respect, discretion, confidence. These are people who love their trade and are not just here to make the tune on the back of the passageways. I won’t say any more because the boss doesn’t like this habit of internet reviews.
