Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport. The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu, my children devoured it on both cheeks. So much so that we dined three out of four in the hotel restaurant. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Grand Hôtel du Lac sehr genossen. Vom Abendessen welches wunderschön angerichtet war und auch noch traumhaft schmeckte, über das Zimmer und die herzliche Atmosphäre hat uns alles sehr beeindruckt. Wir werden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das tolle und sehr kompetente Team, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.

Historic setting and staff as welcoming as they are professional, I went there only for a massage. I was able to enjoy the sauna and hammam before the treatment carried out by Yanne, a competent, gentle and warm therapist. Much appreciated, an infusion and a bowl of fruit were served to me at the end of the treatment in the relaxation lounge. I recommend !

Fantastic experience. Ambience was great, food was delicious (got a bit salty for the spinach but all the rest was superb), beef was so tender and the greens tasted fresh. The dessert was the best. It was a nice mix of contrasts chili, sweet, sour but blended very nicely.
