Grand Isle - Reserva de mesa

The vibe was inviting, the reviews were good and the pictures of food looked great. However, we should have seen the red flags that they stand by their food and absolutely no returns. We were initially sat at a table squeezed next to another table that was nearing the end of their dinner. They shared that when the party next to us got up, they would move that table next to ours to comfortably seat 11. Our waitress, Kate L., rushed us through every portion of our meal; very disappointed.

The food is fantastic, jambalaya, Cesar salad and shrimp po boy was very good. We were one of about 4 tables. The staff around outnumbered the guests and the service was below adequate, especially with adding 20% automatically put on your bill. We watched our waitress stand at the hostess station and chat most of the time. Other tables getting served by other wait staff received much different experiences.

This place is amazing! We came for happy hour on a Wednesday. The food came out with perfect timing as we were eating non-stop. Every dish they prepared was hot, fresh straight off the grill. Our waiter, Mark, was amazing and got our happy hour drinks in on time. I recommend this place 100%. Mark, continue doing what you love!

We dropped in here right after the comedy show across the street. This place is awesome. The redfish was delicious. My wife had the poboy and it had an interesting flavor she absolutely loved it! Grilled oysters were some of the best I've ever had. We even got dessert, Brownies and ice cream. Reserva una mesa ahora

We arrived at the restaurant before the dinner crowd- about 4:50p.m. so it was pretty empty. Seated right away and the food was out fairly quick! Everything was delicious- and the portions were perfectly sized so everyone (including kids) finished their plates.

10/10! The food was soooo delicious! Our waiter Mark was amazing. Very attentive and super welcoming. He recommended us the Shrimp Caminada Po-boy and Blackened Gulf Fish Crawfish Tails. Will definitley be coming back when I'm in nola and asking for Mark!

Outstanding service and 5 star food. Definitely try the Crawfish Beigniets. Great attentive staff, even with minimal people working. This place is awesome and I would eat here regularly if I was local!

The food was good, but only saw the waitress twice. The hostess had to bring us seafood sauce. Didn't know she added her 20% tip on the bill and there were only two of us. She was terrible!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The crawfish balls were really good I also had the hot crab dip that was good also The alcohol drinks we weak the waiter OMG VERY NICE FRIENDLY
