Grand National - Reserva de mesa

Be very wary staying at this hotel, we spilled a little bit of bottled water on the bed, and the hotel after we left took £100 off our bank card for “a professional clean”, which is ludicrous for a bit of bottled water! There was no discussion or questions asked, just done, daylight robbery! The hotel itself is very run down and needs a good refurbishment. We were told on check in that breakfast was included then charged £12 each for the breakfast, and the bar is never open. Would never stay here again. The hotel is what it is, but the dishonesty and robbery at the end is horrendous.

We held our wedding at The Park Hotel on 24.08.24. It was perfect from start to finish. Peter, Bec,Paris, steph and all the other staff couldn't do enough for us. Ourselves and a number of guests stayed at the hotel for a number of days from the food to the rooms no had had nothing bad to say. If your thinking of getting married I would 100% recommend The Park Hotel.

The Park Hotel is just a great location close to the Aintree race course. With lots of transport links. The service here is just about average but could be better. Staff are polite enough, as you can expect. Rooms are outdated but fair enough. You have to make sure you register your reg number if you have a car. Otherwise, you will get a parking ticket.

My wife and I had our Diamond Wedding Anniversary celebration with 38 guests on 24.08.2024 15 of the guests were accommodated in the hotel for two nights. The organisation of the event by the hotel was first class.The attention to detail and help given by hotel staff on the night and earlier was very friendly and appreciated Reserva una mesa ahora

The only attractive part was the price. It is in the middle of nowhere, but close to bus stop and Aldi shop. Music from restaurant was very loud every night. Rooms and furniture are dark and too old. Towels were horrible with a holes. Breakfast was ok, very limited options and choices . Staff are very friendly and polite.

We went to the restaurant for high tea and had a lovely selection of finger sandwiches and delicious sweets. We followed up with some quality time in the Grand National bar. Friendly service and excellent food and drinks.

With in 2 hrs we had 3 rooms, 1st room thick in dust 2nd room tv did not work nor did the electrics and we had a lovely view of a scrap yard, 3rd room the headboard knacker and a view of Aldi not very good at all.

There for a funeral tea, the staff were excellent, nothing too much for them, very welcoming. The hotel it's self was very nice though we didn't see the rooms. I can imagine they would be very nice. Reserva una mesa ahora

Only called in to a former colleague's funeral reception but didn't stay long. From what I saw, it looks very nice around the reception and function rooms.
