Grandma Bob’s Pizza

Our experience at Grandma Bobs was nothing but a positive experience. Tasty craft cocktails, boozy milkshakes, AMAZING vegan Big Mac pizza, delicious deep dish pizza, and the thin crust was delicious as well. The only negative comment would be that the cheddar cream sauce was very thin and we expected more of a thicker cream sauce. The custard for dessert was to die for and I would definitely recommend anyone interested to check out Grandma Bobs for a yummy meal.Vegetarian options: Vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Vegan options

Don’t let this small place fool you. It’s an absolute gem. Regular-o diamond in the rough. Needle in the haystack…okay okay. Seriously though. We had the Hawaiian pizza and added some pepperoni and bacon to it. We were not disappointed. In fact we were blown away by the amount of flavor that this Detroit deep dish style pizza packed!! Simply amazing. We paired it with a couple delicious cocktail drinks as well. Highly recommend this spot! Atmosphere being a little small is my only beef.

I think the only thing that was a bit surprising is the family-style seating. It’s not a big space so it makes sense but still. Either way, everything was delicious. I got the frozen daiquiri, which is sweet but tasty. Chorizo quesadilla was good; light and delicious, could’ve used a little more chorizo though. Lastly, the lobster roll pizza. Definitely worth the price (for a pizza). Flavorful and not too rich.

Pizza was good, I think it may be a little over-hyped, it wasn 't amazing . We sat at the bar, and service was good. We don 't care for the cafeteria style seating, we prefer having our own table, so we were happy to get a seat at the end of the bar. Overall a nice place, but not our favorite pizza. Parking was kind of a pain, we had to park down the street a bit.

My first taste of Detroit style pizza was at Grandma Bob’s and I’m so glad it was! I loved the different toppings they offered and it was the p e r f e c t amount of crisp to cheese ratio.I ordered the Spicy Pepperoni and I wish I was able to come back for more during my time in Detroit. I’m definitely recommending this spot to everyone who’s visiting Detroit

First time here. Amazing quality and servers. The vibe here is topnotch. I think for what you get, it's definitely worth the price. Got the lobster deep dish, a cheese with grilled chicken and a meat lovers. So so good. Same with the cocktails and beers. Can't wait to come back.

If you’re in Detroit, this is definitely a spot to visit. The pizza was amazing and the service was great. Only downfall is I wish they offered a bit more options on the menu (large salads etc) Also, they don’t take reservations so be prepared to be patient or get lucky!

First time in Detroit in a long time. Highly recommend checking this place out. People super nice, accommodating, and not invasive when you're eating your food. Went for the deep dish spicy pepperoni and had a local blonde ale. Beautiful

They had an amazingly delicious vegan pesto pasta salad and we got the vegan deep dish supreme pizza (no green olives). We enjoyed the deep dish here more than at Pie-sci. Definitely recommend this place and grab a shake too.

The staff was very friendly and the pizza was amazing. Ordered two vegan pizzas and it was enough food for 3 hungry people.Dietary restrictions: They have both vegan and gluten free options for almost all of their pizzas.
