On Saturday morning, the restaurant was not too busy, so parking was easy to find. I went with a group of 8 people. The restaurant is a bit small, so finding seating for a large group could be a little challenging, depending on how busy it is. I ordered the chicken and waffles dish with coffee. The chicken strips were nicely seasoned and easy to eat. The waffle was a good size. Overall, the food was good - nothing extraordinary, but satisfying. It was typical of most breakfast spots in the city. My friends who ordered the pork chops said their meat was cooked well and had a nice flavor. The waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive to our table.
Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite being seated, no one came back to take our drink orders, bring a menu, or take our food orders. The restaurant appeared empty inside, leading us to believe they may not have realized we were waiting. While the staff seemed friendly and enjoyed chatting with customers, it would have been much appreciated if they had served us as well. Ultimately, we left without ever being served. As a visitor to this city, I understand that this was likely not a personal issue, but rather a case of poor service.
I went to have breakfast at this restaurant. It was quite busy, but the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. It was a bit noisy, but that's to be expected. Just be aware that seating may be limited during peak hours.
It was straightforward breakfast place.We sat outside because we had our dogs with us.The flavors are ok. Nothing mindblowing delicious.The low star is for staff not wearing masks and outside seating has A LOT of flies with no outside fly deterrent…

THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! There were four of us that ate here for the first time. We each ordered something different and shared little bites of each other's plates. Courtney was our server, she was great! Granny's Country Cafe is a Gem of Visalia

the best in the time! hands down! corned rindfleisch hasch and eier is my go-to and only what I want to have breakfast; next to a waffel on the side.

A great place for breakfast. I had the Monte Cristo and my girl had the Eggs Benedict. Delicious with good portion of country potatoes.
