I walked into the establishment and just one other “customer” was sitting at the bar talking to the associate. The associate welcomed me and I said, “I’ve heard great things about a rosé you carry.” She said, “We have two rosés.” And then continued talking to her friend at the bar. Would’ve been nice if she came out from behind the counter to talk about the wines with me. I’ve been sitting here now for 20 minutes with my wine and she hasn’t asked me what I think she finds it more important to talk about her cats with her friend. It’s bad enough they don’t actually pour the wine, the machines do that. But then to offer NO interaction? What’s the point? To babysit a space with wine machines? Also, the rosé and white wines are not dispensed at the appropriate temperature, and drink more like what a red should be served at.
