We arrived at the reserved table time to be met by a wall of people waiting for tables, I announced our arrival at the bar and we were soon seated. First impressions, the ethos was not quality and comfort, rather let’s cram in as many people as we can, and bluster our way through service, fair enough, business is business. Love this place!! Visited today for my Twins 12th birthday celebration. All the staff were brilliant, on point, friendly and delivered great service, we didn’t have to ask for anything we needed. Our first waiter insisted on taking our drinks to the table for us and made sure we had everything we needed as we sat down. The next lovely waiter was patient with the girls and made us all laugh making jokes while he took our order. The food was hot and delicious, everything from pizzas to seafood and steak and vegan choices were perfect. The vegan menu is very good. Absolutely perfect. I emailed them last minute to accommodate a few more guests for my daughter's 8th birthday, and it was no problem at all. From the beginning to the end, everything was fantastic. They even had balloons on the table, sang happy birthday, and brought out a cake and candles. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. A special shoutout to Vittorio for being so wonderful. He truly made my daughter's birthday special. Apologies for not taking any photos, we were just enjoying the moment.
A fabulous experience. Saw the restaurant as passing through lockwwod and thought we would give them a try. So pleased we did. From the warm welcome to a wonderful atmosphere this restauarnt excels in so many ways. Good parking, nice interior and a wonderful Italian style to it, the menu is extensive with food well cooked and presented. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable and we were impressed by the overall service. Highly recommended.

When we arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy. We did not receive a friendly greeting and had to wait for about 20 minutes before being seated at our table. The noise level was very high, making it difficult to have a conversation. The staff seemed unfriendly and the food was only average. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant based on the experience we had.
Birthday meal with my wife, we were greeted on arrival ,and taken to our table.The staff were very friendly and drinks ordered straight away. The food came quickly even though the restaurant was full.We can't fault the food it was quality and I would recommend a visit here ,provably advisable to pre book as very busy, we will definitely be back .
A perfect experience! Went for a family birthday fabulous food, fantastic atmosphere and the waiters could not have been better. Genuinely couldn't have been improved. Loved it. Well done Grappolo's and thank you!
It was our first time here. The atmosphere was excellent. The food, service, place where top notch. The waiters where very attentive and fun. We'll be going back in the new year. The food was well priced.

Vittorio made our birthday celebration extra special. The food, ambiance, and service were all excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
