Gravas - Reserva de mesa

the restaurantstube in the gravas is slightly lightened from the lighting and looks a bit intrusive rustic, typical of hotel and restaurant buildings created in recent years in the Swiss Mountains. interestingly, there are also Thai food in the gravas, which is carefully and well prepared. the sharpness has been adapted to the Central European taste in our opinion. the specialties like capuns were however very good. who wants to pay in the gravas with credit card, however, must be happy with a 3 % surcharge on the bill, must enter the code to the recipe and if you ask for the reason of the strike, will be undemocred by chefin relatiw unfriendly.

we were there over midday with the children. my capuns was good, the salat of my wife started, not exactly what the many labels suggest on the card. the kids tasted it, but all family members who had eaten by the pommes frites had later digestion problems. the hammer came to the conclusion. the 2dl sirup of our youngest was consumed with 3 fr and the carafe with hahnenwasser with 5 fr, notabene were also regular drinks. that was too much for us, therefore lacking.

fantastic hotel with beautiful panoramic view. the pizzas are the best I ever had. also the others are superfine. everything always fresh. the offer variert. there is a special buffet, sometimes Thai. all always top! the personal and the peculiarities of the hotel are all always very friendly and accommodating. I always like to come!

the service is very family and friendly. we ordered a pizza and a mushroom soup. the pizza was good - the mushroom soup tasted more like a bag soup, although I was told it was homemade. I don't think ;) the ambiente fits the environment - easy but cozy.

the place in the surselva for fresh vegan eating and pizza. also a gluten-free pizza is not missing. top crusty pizza and best vegan glace. sort like even that there is not everywhere. very delicious!!!
