The continental breakfast was fantastic. You could have fruit, grits, oatmeal, yogurt, danish, toast, waffles, biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns…OR the restaurant staff would make you something. You could get an omelet or French toast, there may have been other choices, but those were the ones that interested me the most. The staff was so cordial and fun and so personable. We were going to meet with friends for breakfast, but were happy when they canceled because we were able to go back to the restaurant and have our hotel breakfast with the staff, they were very sweet!
The waitress was very helpful and attentive when we asked about managing allergies, so I appreciate that. However, I wouldn’t describe the food as particularly tasty—it was quite bland, to be honest. On the plus side, the portions were decent. Overall, it’s a mixed experience.
The service was incredibly slow. I visited the hotel restaurant hoping to quickly grab a bite to eat, but it would have been quicker to drive across town, pick something up, and bring it back to my room.
The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. The pastries were disappointing and not tasty at all. The cooked food we ordered was just average.

Staff was very nice and polite, treated you like family and look like they had fun working. Food was better than other GAG at other HGI.
