Great Burger Kitchen

The girl at the front counter was kinda snarky- no smile, no hello, or a thank you. She was busy on her phone and quickly took my order- $20 for a chicken burger, fries and a can of pop. $1 for parking) I asked her for a dif drink she seemed huffy about that challenging request.The food:The water was well water, the fries were hot/good, altho the portion size isn’t what it used to be. The chicken burger had nice onions and aioli on it, but the chicken was dry and one step away from burnt.It’s 6 hours later and I’m still burping up “burnt flavor”.I’ve eaten here many times over the years, probably wouldnt go back.

I recently ordered the BBQ chicken poutine. It was a disappointing attempt at poutine. The breaded chicken chunks were barely distinguishable from the fries, there was no traditional poutine cheese, only cheddar. There was hardly any gravy or BBQ sauce. It seemed like very little effort was put into making it actually resemble poutine. I am very hungry, but I am considering throwing it away and finding something else to eat. Perhaps their burgers are better.

I used ‘Skip the Dishes’ app to order ‘Custom Beef Burger Combo’ for pick up. According to the app, it took 15 minutes to prepare my order and I picked it up 15 minutes after they accepted my order. However, the burger was cold, rubbery and had no flavour, the fries was cold, soggy and very salty. It seems that the beef patty fries had been pre-cooked way ahead of time and they just assembled my order with already old/cold patty fries.

Request to not over cook burgers were denied.. gbk was my regular burger place before quality declined . However may try again. The lamb burger was sooo good . Reserva una mesa ahora

I wish I could give them 0 star. The beef patty on the burger was dry and hard, give me so much stomach cramps cramps ? ? ?
