The food at Great Wall is absolutely amazing. While there are several Chinese restaurants in the area, I wouldn't waste my money at them or settle for anything less than the fantastic flavors that Great Wall provides. In fact, just today (February 15, 2022), I had a craving for their spare rib tips meal with fries and extra barbecue sauce, but unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays. I was really hungry and even passed by two other places that serve rib tips but decided to head home instead. I don’t mind waiting until Great Wall is open because their food is worth it.
I had a terrible experience on my first visit to this side of New York. I chose to dine at this restaurant and was very disappointed. They served instant white rice with a bit of soy sauce and called it pork fried rice. No wonder the lady packed my order so quickly; she must have known it was not good. It was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I took a bite and it was even worse than it looked. I definitely don’t recommend eating here.

In fact, today, on February 15, 2022, I was looking forward to trying the replacement ripening tips meal with fries.
The food used to be excellent, but I’m not sure what’s happened over the past year. The chicken isn't as good as it once was; it tastes old, bland, and dry. On a positive note, the owner is very nice and friendly. I hope they make some improvements. As for parking, it’s adequate.

I like the sesame chicken. But the uncle Ben's rice is a no go for me. The egg roll is really good though. Also, I asked for an egg in my rice and they didn't give it to me but they charged me 11 dollars for the food.If you use a card, they add another dollar
This is the best Chinese food in the area. The food is fresh, tasty, and money well spent. Most of the Chinese restaurants in hempstead are worst than this restaurant. Yes I’ve tasted better Chinese food but for this side of town it’s one of the best.
Me my kids love this restaurant been ordering from them for years now lucky for us whenever I can’t cook they are 2 seconds away. Food, delivery customer service 5 stars! My favorite is fried bbq wings fried in hot spicy oil. Thanks!
This is the best food I’ve ever had and my favorite restaurant! The garlic shrimp is outstanding. The staff is always appreciative and understanding. God bless this amazing place—my number one choice!
