Since its opening, Greco Pizza has been a disappointing experience. The topping distribution on the pizzas is lacking, and despite ordering the garlic crust multiple times, it has either been missing or barely noticeable. While the gluten-free options sound appealing, they are seldom available when I want to order. On several occasions, I've placed an online order for pickup an hour or two before dinner, only to receive a call 10 minutes before pick up informing me that part of my order isn't available. Was very impressed with the quality. Since I've become a regular, I've gotten to know the owner and i found out that it's actually a small family owned and run business, albeit a franchise. (This explains the terrific quality). The husband and wife and both of their beautiful daughters all work in the shop. (Both are full time MUN students, but still find time to work in the kitchen). Hardest working family I've ever met, and the hard work explains why this location has the best pizza and service in the entire city. I'll never go anywhere else for pizza.

I've visited Greco Pizza several times, but each occasion the pizza slices felt like they had been sitting in the hot box for quite a while. Additionally, the slices are smaller compared to those at other places. On my second visit, I tried the BBQ chicken calzone from the menu, but the bread was overly chewy and the sauce too watery—I wouldn’t order it again. On a positive note, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations.

We really enjoy Greco Pizza, but the Paradise location has consistently failed to deliver a satisfactory pizza. After ordering 5 or 6 times, we hoped each disappointing experience was just a fluke. The pizzas have been overcooked, insufficiently topped, and have had random ingredients scattered throughout, which seems like a mistake. Unfortunately, the quality here doesn't match that of the Torbay Road location.
Been here a couple times, the slices had obviously been sitting in the hot box for quite a while and are small compared to other places. Second time I went for a bbq chicken calzone and the bread was super chewy and the sauce was too watery, wouldn't getanother one. The staff are have always been friendly and chatty but the food isn't worth it
I had a wonderful experience at Greco Pizza! The service was friendly and the food was very fresh. I ordered five party pizzas and two garlic fingers, and the staff handled it all with ease. Manager Benn was particularly fantastic and approachable. Overall, I highly recommend this place—5 out of 5!
It's clear why this place has such a low rating. I ordered two donairs, one small and one large, but they were nearly the same size. There was barely any donair sauce, no tomatoes, and only a few pieces of onion. It's not worth your time or money. I recommend choosing another restaurant!
