UPDATE: New owner/chef. Only been there once and they had only been open 3 weeks, but it wasn't the same experience. GF liked the basil lovers but I thought it was wierd. The pineapple fried rice was OK, but pretty generic. The vermicelli salad was freshand tasty. Somehow they were out of rice and we had to wait almost half an hour extra for the food. They gave us some dumplingson the house while we waited, but still. And those 3 things were $44.xx. The food is always awesome. In particular, as a rule Idon't order pad Thai because it's usually just a sticky bunch of peanut butter and sadness, but their pad Thai is fantastic. Iwill give them that fifth star when they are consistently open.
I was really looking forward to trying Green Herb. When I finally had the chance, I ordered Pad Thai with shrimp, cashew chicken, and steamed pork dumplings. The portion sizes were a bit on the small side. The Pad Thai was overcooked and mushy, although it was quite tasty. The cashew chicken had a nice spicy kick, but the chicken itself was a bit rubbery. On the bright side, the steamed pork dumplings were absolutely delicious.
I had the worst Thai food experience here. I've never written a Yelp review before, but after seeing all the positive comments and deciding to order from this place, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The beef in the pad see ew was hardly edible; it was completely unappetizing and left me feeling really let down. I'm just so sad and disappointed.
I understand the cuisine is thai...nowhere does it say the steak salad is so spicy! The papaya salad said it had palm sugar...just green tasteless green/white papaya stalk and tomatoes in a vinaigrette dressing. Sad I didnt understand. MANGO STICKY RICE....BEST EVER!!!!

Everything was quite good, but I noticed that the Pad Thai was unusually sweet. I've had this dish at many places before, but it tasted different here. On a positive note, the generous portion of shrimp in the Pad Thai was definitely a highlight!

The pad see ew noodles and beef were overcooked. Which is a shame. The flavor was good. Chicken satay was pretty good. Blanket shrimp was yummy.
