The welcome is really very pleasant and personalized: we really recognize regular customers and it is fun not to be a simple customer only to pay .... besides we have to say that in the corner there is little possibility to eat quickly something fresh and balanced .... we eat what we want by testing super mix with fresh fruit and legumes. I also like soups in winter and small quiches (especially onion) I don't really understand the negative opinions I could read ... except to say that they may be strongly influenced by competition?????? to dig.But if you want my opinion do...
I order regularly at the green is better for my lunch. Line orders are easy to carry out, you can pay online by paypal or delivery (several means of payment: tr, cash, cheques, CB). I really like the concept of being able to compose your own salad. the ingredients are varied, adapted also for a vegetarian diet. The quantities are very good (we have to eat!), the freshness of the ingredients is guaranteed, it is a treat): desserts are very good too, the concept of white cheese with the topping to choose (oreo, speculos, fruits, diverse coulis, honey, ....) is great!count 11€ for a salad menu dessert/boisson. Get your eyes closed, your taste buds awake!
I know this salad bar for about a year.At first it was a very nice place with great salad. But for some time the quality of the products has declined significantly and the taste of the salads with. In addition, when the guests enter the establishment, no one takes care of them and we do as if they were not there to prepare orders...I recommend the civ salad bar.
a relaxing moment in a green world =(bio.) the concept is extra: a base to choose from the 3 proposed (pattes, wheat, green salad) and then 4 ingredients to add in a wide choice of fresh products. a bread at 0.50 cts and then a dessert for only 12€ in all. I have a-d-o-r-e!!! a meal on the terrace with colleagues. Nothing to say! it's the top:)

I often order the noon my salads at green is better at valbonne, the salads are delicious and copyy, the products change every day so fresh guaranteed, the quiches of the day are also very good and the desserts miammmm!!! delivery is guaranteed in time and time always with smile and friendliness. I recommend this place without hesitation.

The concept is nice to the base. drinks stick to the concept, desserts less. the portion is correct and the personel pleasant. My flat is that the final result lacks lightness and freshness.
salads are fresh with a wide choice of fresh and quality products. delivery within the time with always pleasant and in the time. we command regularly and are always satisfied.

For 2 years now I eat green better every noon due to the friendliness of the staff, the variety of ingredients offered and the freshness of the products. hotly recommended!
concept nice but ingredients of bad qualities. Very dirty covered. a big, sorry scam. Only the terrace is good.
