The restaurant has a cool atmosphere for a pizza place, combining a classy sports bar vibe with ample seating. The service was commendable. We ordered a Cobb salad, a deep dish pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and a kids' burger with fries. The pizza was excellent, featuring a crispy crust around the edges and well-seasoned sauce. I’m a fan of ranch dressing on pizza, and theirs was delicious. The Cobb salad was okay—nothing extraordinary, but still enjoyable. Oh, what a delightful surprise! You feel welcomed even before you step inside due to the tempting aroma of popcorn. Yes, they offer free popcorn while you wait for your appetizers. Speaking of which, the Jalapeño Poppers are absolutely delicious. Our waitress was fantastic—attentive and friendly. Now, let's get down to business. The Meat Lover’s Detroit Style Pizza was so phenomenal that I found myself craving it for another 30 minutes after we finished eating. And if you're looking for a lighter option, you don’t necessarily have to choose the Margherita pizza; just order the Meat Lover’s without the shredded meat or ham.
This place has become my new favorite! I ordered the meat lovers pizza, and it completely transformed my experience. This might just be my top pizza choice in Michigan (sorry, Buddy's, but you still hold a special place). While the menu offers burgers and wings, the pizza is definitely the star of the show. The service was excellent and surprisingly quick for a Saturday night. With a full bar and TVs showing sports, it's an ideal spot for gatherings. I can't wait to return!
Came here for lunch with my niece. It wasn't too busy and we were served pretty much right away. She had her own personal pepperoni but it was mine that was the star. The absolute best combo for any pizza is bacon, green pepper and pineapple...hands down! This one did not disappoint. I ordered the medium because my sister wanted some leftovers and she can be bossy so I obliged! None of us had a negative thing to say about this lunch and I'd love to go back anytime. I only have one regret.....that I didn't find this pizza place sooner. Where have I been? Seems like someone did out pizza the hut, this place really makes you say pizza pizza, papa John not the papa anymore, jets can get back on that jet and go away, I'm not so hungry for Howie anymore, Domino's is exactly that...a game. Getting pizza from anywhere else now is just a disappointment to my taste buds. This pizza is crazy good.
Heard this was the #1 pizza to get in Detroit area. It was good. I'm picky about the crust to topping ratio. Sometimes there's too much topping, or too much dough. This was perfect. Tried the 8 corner pizza. Between the pepperoni versus sausage pizza, the pepperoni one was better. The fat from the pepperoni made its way to the edges giving it a good crisp. My picky child loved it as well.
First time coming to this location tried to get reservation ahead of time but they stated they do not do that. Had a table of 11 for a Friday evening around 6 and they were able to seat us pretty much right away. Place was still pretty busy and is about 3x as large as the 12 and John r one with the ability to sit outside. Service was great a place was clean and food was delicious!!
