I placed an order over the phone for a deep dish margarita pizza. I went to pick up the order, and I was told they don’t make margarita pizzas on deep dish crust. They didn’t call me to let me know or ask me if I wanted a substitution. When I picked it up they made it seem like I had made the mistake, but they didn’t tell me about this on the phone when I placed the order. They did not offer me a discount or the pizza they already made, they only offered to make a new pizza for full price. After being pushed to the side out of the main area because I came in with the service dog we ended up waiting a bit longer than other customers just to get our water. We placed our orders immediately and I'll give them this the food came in a timely manner at that point. Unfortunately the sandwiches we ordered we're not as advertised only a thin layer of meat in what otherwise tasted like the world's most expensive grilled cheese sandwich. Less than impressed. Hostess lady stared at us while she was on the phone (could have easily given us the universal hold on a second hand signal or something . Waitress or secondary hostess that was shuffling menus behind her finally stood up and asked us 'how many? ' No hey, how are you? or welcome or anything. Took us to our table, where we waited. And then waited some more. Our waiter (Jaysen? finally showed up 10 15 minutes later and apologized for the delay. He saved the evening for us we were ready to leave, but his smile kept us in our seats. He kept checking on us and kept our water full. Food was pretty good, though not so magical that I long to return. Visit if you like. ;

Company ordered a bunch of food for lunch today. My supervisor was very specific in making sure that my meal did not have any meat, as I am a plant-based eater. We were assured that it was prepared as requested. I started eating the food and quickly realized there were large chunks of chicken and little pieces of chicken mixed in with the bowl. They did not seem to take the request seriously. There are much better options in Duluth, like Duluth Grill and Pizza Luce. They need to get with the times and offer good plant-based options. Absolutely you need to check this place when you are in Duluth! The interior looks quite normal, but the food is excellent! The service was also impeccable. Griffin was an absolute joy! He was so helpful with recommendations and we never had to ask for anything he stayed on. We had the garlic bread for a starter (very recommended). For our duck we shared the Fatuccini Alfredo with vegetables and a deep cheese pizza. Both were excellent. Very recommended on the basis of their food quality and service!

Here a drink remained after a long wonderful day in two ports and Duluth. We had a long island tea and a margarita and both were very good. Great little bar. Right in downtown Duluth in Canal Park. Very friendly and helpful bartender. Would highly recommend if you are just looking for a place to relax and have a drink.

The dishes were tasty, but my husband's lobster Mac was unavailable, so he ended up with shrimp instead. They still charged us for the lobster. My salad was delicious, although it had too many green onions.

in any case, they must check this place when they are in duluth! the inner looks quite normal, but eating is excellent! the service was also impeccable.

I paid 15 dollars for a small appetizer of shrimp? If I had realized I was financially hurting myself, I would have chosen something else.
