Green Olive - Reservar una mesa

First and foremost this restaurant needs to do something about their chips. It always looks and tastes as it has been cooked long before being served and then left in the oil. Chips comes out soggy at best. Ate here a few times but was never happy with meals even though I always try to give them another chance, hoping that I was unlucky that day. Meals seem to be tasteless somehow. Which is a shame because I prefer to help local businesses but some businesses worry more about how much money they can rip off their customers.

We enjoyed a meal at the Green Olive. Lovely fresh food and well presented. Scotch filet steak just melted in the mouth. Nice salad. It was during COVID time. We were not asked for ID (worrying) and one staff member did not wear his mask properly. Service was good. Recommend you not sit near the TAB as customers are a bit 'colourful ' with their language.

The menu offers a variety of delicious meals that our family enjoyed. The portions were generous, I couldn't finish mine so I took the leftovers home in a 'doggy bag'. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our meals arrived promptly without much wait.

After not eating at this place for 18 months i now remember why its been so long, absolutely disgusting. Waited 1hr 10min for our meals and when received they wern't edible. Best thing about the evening was walking out the exit doors. Yuck !!!!!

Playground for the kids is all that is on offer, food disappointing, rude staff, have to do most of it for yourself, won’t be back
