I previously gave Greenbar a 5-star rating, but I've noticed a decline in both the size of their salads and the quality of the ingredients over the past few months. While the salads are still tasty, they no longer feel worth the price. Please return to the high-quality food we loved and became accustomed to. We genuinely want to support you as an excellent local business, but we hope you won't compromise on food quality if it's avoidable. We care about you and want to see you thrive, but if the salads start resembling something I could easily make at home, we may have to consider other options.
First time here I got the Kale Caesar Bowl* and I love the portions and the proportion of each ingredient. The dressing was supposed to be cilantro, but I didn't really taste it and maybe because I love a lot of cilantro, and it just wasn't enough cilantro taste for me. The ladies behind the counter were prompt, and readily took my order and prepared it. The bread was definitely freshly made and soft though I wish it was a little bit more sweeter. The dining area is very clean and tidy. I didn't see any recycling containers, though, when discarding my containers.
I ordered the build-your-own bowl, and the portion size was just right. I felt completely satisfied without any guilt afterward. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the salmon was cooked to perfection! They also included two dressings, which is something you don't see very often at salad places these days. The delivery was quick and efficient too. I ended up ordering a different bowl just two days later, and now I'm eager to visit the restaurant in person!
Last time ever going. A couple of weeks ago, we asked , as usual for our rice to be on a separate bowl. But this last trip, I got a rack of **** about how much the extra bowl cost and no one should be allowing it without charging for the extra bowl . Put it in a dang was bag for all I care , just separate it. As much as they charge for their Salads, they should be hugging anyone who wants it. Keep all your bowls Greenbar, we're never returning.

after first bite i went: uhh? and then,..: Oh. so enjoyfuli got the quinoa bowl cause i was outside in the heat way too long and i wanted something solid. got it without beans, took out half the feta, and mixed the bowl with 1 togo cup of peach dressing. thats just me. enjoy. from multiple angles
The Fresh Veggie Salad with Salmon and Citrus Ginger dressing was absolutely delightful. The portion size was just right. I will definitely be ordering it again. I think I’ve found my new favorite spot for a fantastic fresh salad!

I always create my own salad bowl here, and it’s consistently fresh! The customer service is fantastic, and I really enjoy the bread rolls. I also appreciate that it’s a Black-owned business.
