Este hotel familiar está abierto comunidad café cada viernes por la mañana y ofrece un punto de encuentro para los habitantes y todos aquellos que buscan un delicioso regalo. El menú ofrece desayuno dulce y salado, varias opciones de brunch con motivos griegos (la tarta de espinacas es maravilloso), dulces y galletas saladas (salmón ahumado y queso crema o ensalada de fruta fresca, yogur griego con miel y griego), etc. También hay una selección de tartas caseras, brownies y flapjack. Localmente los granos de café tostados, buen té y chocolate caliente, son todos locales. También varios de los otros ingredientes son importados por los propietarios de café Yiannis y Jill desde su propia griego...
Only recently found out about this cafe and when I saw that it had a Greek influence i thought it would be a good stop on my bike ride today. As expected, the coffee was really nice. I had the fruit bread toast and jam with it which was a perfect accompaniment. Its great that, as a cyclist, we can use a room ideally furnished for us and dog walkers rather than mess up the soft furnishings of the main room. Also it is great that we can keep an eye on our bikes from the cafe and patio, not that they can be seen from the lane nearby anyway. Prices for everything on the menu were very keen considering the excellent quality. A good find!
This cafe has such a lovely feel, which is all down to the family who run it. As soon as you sit down you’re provided with glasses and a jug of water a thoughtful touch. The coffee is great, I especially like their Greek version of iced coffee, yum! The kids love it there too, a big basket of duplo keeps them entertained… they also love the homemade sausage rolls, and brownies!
