Finally, a healthy restaurant in Dax. I was surprised not to see him on Tripadvsisor so I created the sheet so much this little restaurant had me more. First of all, the very nice concept, which happens more and more everywhere in France and so much better based on healthy, fresh, quality and local food when possible. We can make our poke bowl evolve according to our current desires. Then the very nice welcome also with a rather fast service (even if I was not in a hurry). Finally, the result is to say what you eat: it's very tasteful, it looks very healthy, it's hearty and the price is not excessive. There is the possibility to sit inside or on the terrace. Usually, I went to the Green Kafe, where I had fresh and healthy pokes in my region. Welcome by a gentleman, certainly friendly but well familiar to my taste, the roofing is not suitable for everyone. The poke to compose) was good but too little copyy, yet I am far from being an ogre. So, quality ratio average price... I would also like to be consulted on my preferences rather than finding myself with a PEU of everything in my poke. In conclusion, a good concept but to improve because there is much better.
I am like a “parndart” and when my wife made me cross the door of this young restaurant, I was at first surprised and reluctant but was quickly delighted with this discovery! The proposals are original and tasteful, the undeniable freshness. I came out without the fain and enchanted with this discovery! Bravo to the team for their smile and training ... Small restaurant very pleasant, simple decor, you feel like it with friends. I’ve always enjoyed the bottom, a healthy alternative to sandwiches for meals on my thumb or just wanting a healthy and tasty meal, it’s perfect! For the little anecdote, I ate there for my first date with my lover! We were lucky... it was three and a half years ago!
