The food at this restaurant is not only fresh and delicious, but the staff are also incredibly hospitable and friendly. Tonight, I placed a late dinner order for my favorite Buffalo chicken wrap. I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing, only to realize that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I called to cancel the order, but the worker, Emma, had already prepared it and offered to hold it for me until I could come back to pick it up. Although I couldn't accept her kind offer, I paid for the order over the phone as soon as I got home. I have passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a hidden gem for those who enjoy delicious and healthy food. The staff at the front was very friendly. The falafel sandwich was absolutely amazing, so much so that I could have easily eaten two of them. The tomato and eggplant soup was also incredibly tasty. I highly recommend checking this place out, and you can also visit Saks Fifth Avenue and Marshall's nearby. They offer a nice variety of vegetarian options, and there is plenty of parking available right in front of the restaurant. They also cater to dietary restrictions with vegan and gluten-free options.
Outraged that I was charged $1.00 for extra sauce on my sandwich that never has enough sauce on it to begin with. I was very nice to the counter person and explained my frustration and confusion. She said, nothing she could do. I always ask for no cheese on my sandwich but I guess that doesn't count for anything since she was unable to and unwilling to help or understand me. I told her I have my principals and wouldn't be able to come back. I guess that's how it goes today. No one cares. To add insult, before I realized what was on my receipt, I gave her a tip. Appreciate a fully vegan store and not having to ask to make a menu item vegan or ask if something has dairy, meat or egg in it. We need more of this! That being said I also have to say I don't know how fresh a couple of the items we ordered were. I had to take my tomato out of the wrap as it was expired. I also have a sensitive taste so maybe others wouldn't have noticed that, don't know. Food was good overall for a quick bite.

Not only great food, but great service. A few weeks ago, I ordered the Asian salad almost specifically for the dressing because it sounded so good. I got home, saw they didn't include any dressing so it was just a dry salad. I was disappointed so didn't eat it and went back the next day asking for another salad and no questions asked, they gave me another salad. It's little things like that that will keep me coming back.
Normally the buffalo kale Caesar wrap is my go-to.. today I tried to branch out and order the Avocado BLT Panini and I got a cold soft sandwich. I asked and there’s no panini press. What qualifies as a panini without it coming out toasty and hot? Definitely missed the mark on this oneFood: 4/5
The food at this restaurant is amazing! The buffalo chicken kale caesar wrap is exceptional, and the eggplant parm wrap is another favorite. It's hard to believe they are vegan. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend it!
Very fresh and delicious! I had spinach salad with carrots and curry as well as a juice (kale, melon, apple, celery, cucumber and lime) so yummy! They also have delicious baked cookies both regular and gluten free. I’ll definitely be stopping in again
