This boutique sells and serves vacuum packed lamb cuts and some other gourmet foods. They are the very high quality products of a farmers association. You could take the packs home and reheat them for your friends and pretend you cooked everything from scratch ;)The hosts are very friendly and the lady (chef of the house) cooked my fillet perfectly & the potatoes were very good. I loved the simplicity of the meal. The Lamb is the star of the attraction. There are about 6 to 8 different cuts which are cooked using various methods. If the service is still a bit clumsy, it is insured with great kindness, the shop restaurant is very pleasant and clear. We enjoyed a lentil salad and beet in the entrance and then a lamb shoulder. No doubt the best ever tasted. a white cheese with conch honey to finish and a glass of marcillac. Our happiness was complete. the setting is very pleasant, the chef-manager is really very friendly and makes discover the products of his region with passion. from the aperitif to dessert, everything is regional and of very good quality. dishes are simple but really delicious and the price is reasonable given that it is a relatively expensive meat normally. I invited a professional acquaintance there for the occasion, we were delighted! The dishes are delicious, the wine by the glass that was recommended to us was excellent (see bottle in photo), the homemade desserts, I will come back, without any hesitation!
