Five stars for these potato puffs!! I was ready to move and never had come to give them an attempt, even though I had heard of how good they were in the past. I decided to stop the week before I would go so I could finally try that I was definitely not disappointed!! I wish I'd got it earlier! They had a mobile app available with discounts and rewards on it, which made it very fast and easy to order for the potato puffs they were ready within a few minutes of placement and was able to go directly and pick them up. I recently revisited this restaurant after 4 years with the hope of enjoying the potato balls I loved as a student. However, my experience was completely ruined by the terrible customer service. When I asked if they still had their tri-tip sandwich, a favorite from my college days, the African American cashier lady rudely pointed to the menu and made a dismissive comment. Her lack of professionalism was evident, and it felt like she saw customers as an inconvenience. This restaurant is deceiving! The food is good and the staff are (usually) friendly, but I have had constant issues with ordering takeout from this place because of a free promotional offer. Every time I order takeout, they claim the offer is applied, but when I arrive they say they never received the order. Even when I call ahead, they refuse to honor the promotional offer because their system is not working. It shouldn't be difficult to just not charge for potato puffs. Each time they promise to fix the issue, but it never works. It may be a minor inconvenience for them, but for me it disrupts my busy day when all I wanted was a quick and enjoyable lunch. I really enjoyed the food here! A local in the area recommended this place as they have a rotating menu. You never know what they will have! You have a self-ordering kiosk window or you can order online for collection/delivery. I lived for the Steak and Brie Sandwich! Creamy Rich Brie cheese melted on delicate steak and a sharp dijon mustard sauce. That was incredible! Three of my favorite ingredients packed in a few good quality bread. Definitely worth the $16 spent. But my darling? The potato puffs! They were so tender and tender. The perfect potato structure in the center. In the yellow curry sauce? Really! I'm not evaluating this place because he needs it, I'm evaluating it, so people know I have good taste. I miss growing up so much here. The love and care brought into food here helped shape my eating habits/taste in my later teenagers. Have me also about food problems and initiate interest in cooking! Gregoire himself often reappeared when I visited pre-pandemic, but positively maintained the quality. Once you experience this intentional menu, you can never return.

Wanted the best Fried Chicken Sandwich as we don't live here and since this was the 1st to pop up. Boy are we super glad, bestever. Had the sandwich was on point had the Poutine best I've ever had and the Potatoe Puffs we loved it all. Will be telling everyone about this lovely Gem. Super happy and satisfied. Will be back for sure and bringing people. Excellent and the people were also super friendly. Made our day and our dog, lol.

I am disappointed to say that Gregoire's has declined in quality over time. Their famous potato puffs and ever-changing menu used to be the perfect pick-me-up during hectic weeks as a student. However, upon returning after many years, it appears that their standards have slipped. When I ordered a fish sandwich wrapped in laffa, the wrap was soggy and the potato puffs were surprisingly heavy.

Ce sont les boules frites. Very fragrant, but very oily. The potatoes were also very soft, so that the fried outer could not hold them completely. Cute little restaurant! The chicken sandwich was excellent, although it was a bit spicier than I expected. The potato puffs were like nothing I have ever had before. I don?t really know how to describe them other than ?extremely fluffy.?
