I have to pass on the positive impressions. Starting from the friendly reception, the whole evening to the warm farewell was a real highlight. As aperitif a pleasant Pinot Blanc and a fruity Secco Peche. The appetizer of herbal salmon was a dream. My wife had a rag steak from the Irish pasture bark very delicate and accompanied by an excellent onion red wine sauce. As a little carnivore, I dared the ribbed steak from dry aged beef. This meat must be tried to understand that one of the few meats is this huge part almost creates. The rest was nicely packed with home. Then a chocolate mousse with organic chocolate and a caramel mousse. Both delicate, creamy and a tongue flatters. If someone thinks this evaluation would be exaggerated, I can only guess: try and then agree with certainty. Thank you to the whole Hofgut team for the nice evening. Gönnheim à la Carte – a highlight in the Palatinate! Our absolute darling, it's all right here. Personal greeting, attentive service and of course the outstanding quality of food. After pre-registration, an excellent Easter menu was created for us based on our special wishes. We thank you for the great perfectly prepared feast! Marco Grenningloh and his team understand to serve local products in exceptional quality and sophistication through the most diverse techniques of top gastronomy.

To start the new year we made a few nice days in n the beautiful Palatinate. With the Hofgut Gönnheim we had a wonderful accommodation. The lovingly prepared breakfast has let us start the day well. The food at the restaurant was super tasty, the service was perfect and the wines very good. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Simply a fantastic place, small, family top service. Star cuisine at a small price. Freshest quality products in the region. Fantastic taste sensations. One hundred percent secret tip. Only by chance landed there and so grateful that we discovered this jewel. We will definitely be regular guests, even if it is 300 km away
