Griddle Mongolian Grill Rialto

Food is good, service is trash. It took over an hour to get our online order. When asking the cashier what the wait is or if ours is next we got the following responses, in this order, “yours is on the grill”, “online orders are next”, “Im not sure.” Dont have the receipt promise a time and not honor it. What makes it worse is they dont care. None of the online orders were even started being worked on until the line in house was taken care of. There needs to be a better system in place and rhythm between online and in store orders. The food isnt worth the hassle.

Last night was my first time trying this place and let me tell you, as someone who loves Mongolian bbqs and i always go . this place was not bad. The portion size is huge and the pricing is reasonable. It could use a little more flavor (I added teriyaki and siracha at the end but overall it was good.

Every time is a wonderful and great time , the food is amazing and the choices of ingredients are always great the cooks and workers are always nice but most of all definitely making this place a two or three times a week restaurant to have!
