For a non-german speaking guest it was a terrible experience. They have a lot of staff running around but still you can feel like being invisible, once you have a yellow card on the table. Only the first waitress brought us an english menu (yellow card) and explained everythig to us. Since then the only thing we heard was a colleague will be here in a minute . And the worst case was trying to pay. When I started speaking in english or when I showed up my credit card, I was told a colleague will be here in a minute . It took only 20 minutes between the last empty plate was taken and paying the bill. And all this was in a peak hour, where a line of ~50 people was waiting outside of restaurant to be seated. The food was ok.

I know this place since a while. Last 3 years i wasn‘t there until yesterday. Oh lord, it has become expensive and the quality of the food is questionable compared to what we got years ago! Still a great view, nice people, good concept. I was rather disappointed from the value for money, quantity for money still ok, but hey, not to the cost of quality. Anyway, next time we will head on to find another place to have a rest.
