the restaurant griggeler stuba in the 5-star hotel burgvital resort has been the top restaurant in lech with 18 gault millau points in 2015. with correspondingly high expectations I ass there, and was not disappointed, but also not enthusiastic; and I wondered - after visiting some 18 and 19 points restaurants in europa - what it was. wilful restaurant! here al vele malen mogen eten. eten is erg bijzonder door het gebruik van zoveel mogelijk producten uit de regio. vooral bijzonder mooie kruiden. wijnkaart is spectaculair goed, met toppers uit vooral italië voor geweldige prijzen.
3-hove locals are already the finest for fine-smelling. But what makes the griggling stubs so special is the love of torst probost to the herbs.A special spices are highlighted at (almost) each dish and thus also multiplied by the ingenious.
about the years we have often returned to griggling stubborn. it is worth the visit. wether they come for a carving or the whole menu, it is always spectacular.
luxuries in the middle of the mountains. here is just everything that is reflected in the bill. if you really want to enjoy something extraordinary!
