After being scanned and seated you are fully abandoned. There is a menu card on the table but the waiter never comes to take your order nor even to take a drinks order. I expect slow service in France but after minutes where my...self and other tables were totally ignored we all had to give up and leave. One lady at a table by herself complained loudly in French, finally received a meal but never was offered a drink to wash down what appeared to be a fried chicken steak. The Restaurant attached to the ibis was at the expected standard. The welcome salad is a nice touch (NOTE for the English salad salad OR lettuce this is a lettuce salad with a light dressing, fresh and crispy). The steak was a little...over done the night, the fish was cooked to perfection tthe second night. The fixed price menus are good value. Went there a few years ago, and was disappointed. Arrived at the hotel tired, and decided to give it a new chance last month. Service was disappointing, with a waiter clearly not paying much attention to our table. Waited for a while, only to receive...the wrong dish (meat, instead of fish). Sent back to the kitchen, and re-confirming my order to the waiter. Plate arrives, fish is undercooked. Sent back again. Manager was advised when leaving the table. We had to go see her to pay, as no waiter ever came to give us the bill... She offered a discount and an apology. Will not go there again, and strongly advise against it.
arrival at 10.10 p.m. we are accepted to 3 (2 adults and 1 child 6 years . order taken well 15 minutes after, nothing for 1h15. 200 km of planes to do behind. left without eating. We got a bag for the road! Unbelievable! do not accept customers if you are unable to provide the service! We were used to shorts, and we were arrested to eat quickly. We were served (finally, how to speak. ! this establishment does not deserve to be part of this channel!

Hotel restaurant Definitely good value for money. Scandinavian minimalist decor and seating. Good selection of simple food. Well cooked and quite edible. No wow factor at all! Somewhere to eat if you have just got off the plane.
Had two nights in this restaurant next to the Ibis Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Food was well cooked and tasty. Portion sizes were slightly on the small side for the price. The staff were very efficient and friendly.
As always, a well executed simple menu that always hits the spot. Welcoming, light design. Very child friendly. Highly recommend the poached eggs ‘meurette’ and any of the burgers.
