After being scanned and seated you are fully abandoned. There is a menu card on the table but the waiter never comes to take your order nor even to take a drinks order. I expect slow service in France but after minutes where my...self and other tables were totally ignored we all had to give up and leave. One lady at a table by herself complained loudly in French, finally received a meal but never was offered a drink to wash down what appeared to be a fried chicken steak. Went there a few years ago, and was disappointed. Arrived at the hotel tired, and decided to give it a new chance last month. Service was disappointing, with a waiter clearly not paying much attention to our table. Waited for a while, only to receive...the wrong dish (meat, instead of fish). Sent back to the kitchen, and re-confirming my order to the waiter. Plate arrives, fish is undercooked. Sent back again. Manager was advised when leaving the table. We had to go see her to pay, as no waiter ever came to give us the bill... She offered a discount and an apology. Will not go there again, and strongly advise against it.
arrival at 10.10 p.m. we are accepted to 3 (2 adults and 1 child 6 years . order taken well 15 minutes after, nothing for 1h15. 200 km of planes to do behind. left without eating. We got a bag for the road! Unbelievable! do not accept customers if you are unable to provide the service! We were used to shorts, and we were arrested to eat quickly. We were served (finally, how to speak. ! this establishment does not deserve to be part of this channel!

this restaurant is located in the industrial area of Blagnac. There are many hotels nearby (f1, ibis budget, pullman and ibis that is in the same building as the restaurant.)Friendly welcome. The dishes offered are quite correct. Prices are competitive.Gross positive point, service is fast and efficient. I recommend this establishment.
This restaurant is unpleasant and bad. waiting too long, cold dishes and dubious aspects, unsuitable cooking. Meat is frankly bad. Service is simply shameful. The staff is limited. A few times ago, the chain was pretty good. That's how it became a pure scandal. Never again! And run this restaurant.

As always, a well executed simple menu that always hits the spot. Welcoming, light design. Very child friendly. Highly recommend the poached eggs ‘meurette’ and any of the burgers.
