Probably one of the worst places I've ever been in. It took four times to ask for a carafe of water. I then took a menu at €19 while one of my colleagues took the menu at €16. The difference was that my piece of meat had to be bigger, or when I received it it was much smaller than that of my colleague with maybe 10 fries while it was 3 times too much.When I made the remark we took my dish and we let it set the time to understand, to finally give me back my plate by saying that there was no mistake! my dish was cold and taste horrible. This wasn't even worth €5.Other problems:- wait for beer for 30 minutes to finally hear that there are no beers except in bottles ...- dish for 1 person served...
forced to diner for professional constraints...Plats without flavors, error in orders, card and menu frozen in marble, personal that blows by finding an error in the distribution of dishes. I ask for a sauce, it happens but seems to be staying on a table for a good time...coloration...I ask that we change it...yes but noon just settle to melange the existing one and add a spoon to make illusion... traces were to stay on the edge...what respect of customers!!!!You have the choice? Run
After a few small couacs of no importance, we had a director worthy of this name with great professionalism that made us forget a story of cold soup, by its human heat.Go there and trust it is to be content with you. Thank you mr abena nkoa for your kindness and comprehension. This little coffee with you was a pure and pleasant moment to renew thank you very much. The products served are the same as other short houses.No worry.
I missed the rush hour lunch, so had a quiet lunch later on.... the service was ok, considering my colleagues and me, were the only ones there. The food was ok, not great.... expected more but i guess the cook was lazy or sleepy : The manager was great, he did his best to make us feel at easy with his english cause he figured out we couldn't speak French. I would try this restaurant again for him

service mediocre .. my opinion : lack of staff ! servers are on all fronts. we were a table of 8 ... and well on my order is forgotten ... my dish arrived while my colleagues had eaten ... two servers for the room and the terrace knowing that the hotel is complete. for the kitchen, it remains in the image of the sign.
It is always nice to have lunch in one of the institutions of French restoration. We feel that the recipes are mastered and how much even the staff undergo a turn overt, traditions remain. It's generous, it's succulent and it's relatively cheap. staff are often overwhelmed but do not lose their cordiality.
servers are lost in orders, bring us unordered dishes, need to ask several times to have water, drink aperitif are served after the dishes. I'm not talking about the hair found in the burger cheddar, or the one in the salmon. Is there a commander in the ship?
service hyper lent and not very friendly. after claiming three times a carafe of water. I gave up. servers are lost in the commands and lots of things proposed to the map are missing. Anyway, it's not great. address to avoid!

It helps to know what to order before you get there.but it's definitely one of the best (most authentic) hot pot experiences I've had in North America.
Food: Quality fresh ingredients and great flavours
Staff: Very attentive and accomodating, Will constantly come to refill your cup and remove finished
