Myself and my family visited the restaurant yesterday and had a fun filled day at Loro Parque, no complaints there. When it came to lunch time that definitely changed. We sat down at the bar grill and had an standard lunch, in the middle of our lunch there was a man dressed in blue shouting and screaming to the off the top of his head to the waiters, waving his hand up and down and banging the furniture around. If that is the supposed manager I do not understand how the number one tourist attraction can allow what seemed to be the manager in charge talk in such a manner to his staff, it is appaling to hear and horrible to see. Baring in mind that I could see the majority of waiters running around as fast as they could, taking orders and dealing with the tables. This problem should definitely be dealt with, I find it horrible to be eating a family meal with shouting and screaming in the background just because the manager on duty has no people 's skills and no recognition on how to speak to customers and the waiters. Aside from that food was okay and the service by the waiter was fantastic.
Fuimos a LORO Parque por el día y el viaje incluyó una comida en Bar Grill Patio del LORO , cuando llegamos allí montones de mesas se apilaron alto con clientes basura que no habían sido limpiados. Movimos cargas de basura y logramos conseguir una mesa, dejamos que nuestra hija e hijo en la ley vaya a comer mientras vigilamos a nuestros nietos. El servicio era tan lento que les costó 20 minutos pasar por la zona de autoservicio. Cuando el regreso con su comida, mi marido y yo fuimos a por nuestra comida, conseguimos bandejas, pero no había tenedores solo cuchillos y cucharas, tuve que gritarle a uno de los empleados que se fueron y cogieron tenedor. Tenemos nuestra comida y nos dirigimos a la mesa, nos tomó tanto tiempo que perdimos el espectáculo de leones marinos. Le dije a mi hija que llevara a los niños a verlo pero nos perdimos. Las mesas todavía se amontonaban con los clientes basura hasta el punto de que había pájaros pecking en sus sobras, no realmente higiénico! La comida era preciosa, pero estaba estropeada por el desorden alrededor de todo el restaurante.
We were visiting the Zoo and decided to have lunch here. We ordered the menu which had a chicken soup, grill chicken shish pork kebab and a caramel pudding to go with. The service was extremely friendly and quick but the food taste was average. For the money that we paid, food quality was ok.
