When paying over $30 for a shawarma to-go, one expects to not be made to wait over 35 minutes. I specifically went to a shawarma shop because I had a flight to catch and hadn’t eaten all day so I went to what would be fastest. After waiting at the counter for 35 minutes after I paid, I had to cancel my order and go to the airport without food. They either need to hire more than 2 kitchen staff, train some of the 5 other employees (who mainly walk around) to serve food, or be clear that this is not a fast food operation with a big sign that says something like “worth the wait”. 3 people taking turns taking orders and charging credit cards and only 2 people cooking? What a disaster of an opera...
My mother brought me a shawarma from this restaurant. Unfortunately, there is no place near me where I can get a shawarma, so I was excited to try it. She requested a small cup of hummus on the side, instead of inside the pita, so I could reheat the food when it arrived. However, they refused to accommodate this simple request. This lack of customer service was disappointing. If they could put the hummus in the sandwich, why was it so difficult to provide a small cup of hummus on the side?
Well I’m a regular coming at least once twice a week and always have Liz serve me and she’s amazing , long story short tonight had this Turkish waitress didnt speak English and messed up my order , I ordered a rib eye steak, almost $60 no less then going to Prime grill ! even tho I repeatedly said you sure you got it !I can say the young guy and blond waitress she made it right and got me new dish but was after aggression and no appetite!
The chicken schnitzel has to be the best i ever had. I only wish i knew what secret ingredient they put in it that has me addicted to eating it every week. I order take out from here at least 3 times a week and dine in at least 2 times a week. Great prices with the best food and service.

Great food as always. However, this is the 2nd time an item has been omitted from the delivery. Considering by it was a $400.00 order, I expect excellence and attention to detail. Not a refunded credit card can’t eat a refund….Food: 5/5
Such a delicious birthday dinner mix grill was excellent everything was delicious. I am still full! They were very busy but everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. All working hard. Thank you!Food: 5/5
The food at this restaurant is amazing. The service is outstanding, especially because of Liz. It feels like stepping into someone's home, not just a restaurant. I will definitely be back! Overall rating: 5/5.
I give the food 5 stars and the service 1 star. I've been sitting here for 35 minutes and the only waitress has been chatting with her friends since I arrived. Thankfully, you can order at the counter.
