Our snapshot October 18, 2024 around 12 p.m.: We ordered a meatball, a fries with curry sauce. We were supposed to pay €9.50, I asked what the price was, the waiter said: €3.50 for the meatball, €3.50 for the fries, €2.50 for the curry sauce, that wouldn't be ketchup but curry sauce and sauce costs €2.50 extra, I said €6 for fries with curry sauce? She said the boss sets the prices! Bratwurst costs 3.50€, currywurst costs 4€, so I pay 0.50€ more for the curry sauce if I take a currywurst, if I have a fries with curry sauce I pay 2.50€ more, what's wrong here??? According to the price list, the meatball costs €3, we should pay €3.50, doesn't the waitress know the prices? The bar table wasn't...
Warning to all burger fans! Here you get an unseasoned, not tasty, formed meatball in a supermarket bun with iceberg lettuce, a huge amount of Bautzner burger sauce, some cucumber, a slice of tomato, some ketchup and a teaspoon of fried onions for an overpriced €8.50. Small fries cost another €3.50 Book it! Better not!!! If you can't do burgers, you shouldn't offer them!
Quite spontaneously stopped for dinner around 4 p.m. It was quickly decided that we wanted giant currywurst with fries and it was delicious. The sauce tasted homemade, a very good sausage and crispy fries that were very well seasoned. Nice, funny boss, what more could you want. We'll be back
It was super tasty, great service and a very friendly host. Another plus point are the very clean toilets, which are located in the annex.
